"I Should Never Have Bought!"

A few weeks ago I decided to invest in a DVD player, so I went down to the shop to buy one. On my way around I saw plenty, but one caught my eye, £20 it was. So it was of the shelf and in my house before you could say “That’s cheap,” and in the bin even quicker than that. It was awful; the language setting would automatically change itself before your very own eyes. I don’t speak Chinese! It thought DVD’s were an unknown format; it’s a DVD player for Christ sake! It looked horrible, stood out like a sore thumb, and might as well have been a breeze block underneath the TV. You would watch that instead of the TV, It was so bad. Complete with cheap plastic buttons, cheap flimsy disk tray, in fact, the best part was the power cable because it was round, I was expecting a dead rat out of the box or something and even then it was to short,
and did I forget to mention the remote control, it only worked if you stood next to it, I may as well have got up and pushed the buttons, but then again they probably would have broke if I did. I was appalled; my mum was appalled, even the dog was appalled, at the sorry excuse for a DVD player. So now I know that things are cheap for a reason and not to buy a cheap bad quality item ever again
